How can we help?
Quick answers about numbers, refunds, deposits and your account.
Buying a number
How does it work?
Pick the service you want a code for and a country, then buy. Ninja SMS shows you the number at once: enter it in the app or site that asked for a phone number, and the SMS code appears on your page, usually within a minute or two.
You pay for a code, not for a number: if no code arrives, the price comes back to your balance.
The code has not arrived. What now?
Give it a couple of minutes: some services send slowly. If nothing comes, cancel the number from its card and the full price returns to your balance straight away. A number cannot be cancelled in its first 2 minutes, to stop abuse.
If you do nothing, a number that expires without a code (its window is about 20 minutes) is refunded automatically.
Then try another country: the success rate next to each country shows where codes have been arriving recently.
What does the success rate mean?
It is the share of recent numbers for that service and country that received a code. A "~" means it is an estimate from fewer numbers. It is a guide, not a promise: a high rate makes a code likely, never certain.
Why did the price change when I pressed Buy?
Prices follow live stock and can move between loading the page and pressing Buy. You are never charged more than the price you pressed: if it has gone up, the purchase stops and asks you to confirm the new price. If it has gone down, you pay the lower price.
Can I get a second code on the same number?
Often, yes. Once a code has arrived on a one-time number, "Get another SMS" on its card shows the price of another window on the same number and asks before charging. If that number cannot take another code, you are told and nothing is charged.
What are rentals and voice calls?
A rental keeps one number for a day, three days, a week or a month, for a service that texts you more than once. A rental can be cancelled for a refund only within its first 20 minutes and only if no SMS has arrived.
Some services verify by calling instead of texting: where a voice-call number is offered, the code from the call is shown on your page.
Can I buy several numbers at once?
Yes: set a quantity of up to 10 on the Buy page. Each number is its own purchase, refunded on its own if its code does not arrive.
Balance and deposits
How do I add money?
Open Deposit and choose USDT (on the networks listed there) or a deposit request. The minimum is $1.
For USDT, open a payment window: it shows an address and an exact amount to send, valid for 60 minutes. Send that exact amount, including the decimals, on the network shown, and the balance is credited automatically once the payment confirms.
A deposit request is for other ways of paying: our team checks the payment and credits it, and you can follow its status on the Deposit page.
I sent USDT but my balance has not changed.
Confirmations usually take a few minutes. If it has been longer, or you sent a different amount or after the payment window closed, open "Sent a different amount, or after the window closed?" on the Deposit page and enter the transaction hash: we match it and credit it after review.
USDT sent on a different network than the one shown, or to an old address, may not be recoverable. Always copy the address and network from a fresh payment window.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes. In Wallet, open Deposits: every credited deposit has a Receipt link that downloads a PDF with the amount, method, date and reference.
Can I withdraw my balance?
No. The balance is prepaid credit for numbers, and refunds go back to it. It is not paid out as cash, so deposit what you expect to use.
Account and security
How do I protect my account?
Turn on two-factor sign-in in Settings: after your password you also enter a code from an authenticator app. Keep the recovery codes it gives you somewhere safe.
Settings also lists recent sign-ins, with the device and network, and can sign out every other browser and device.
I forgot my password.
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. We email a link to set a new one; it works once and expires soon after.
How do I hear about codes and deposits?
They appear in your notifications in the app. You can also get each code and each credited deposit in your own Discord channel (Settings), or turn on browser notifications.
Can I download or delete my data?
Yes. Settings has a "Your data" card: download everything we hold about your account, or close the account. Closing needs a zero balance and no number or deposit still in progress.
API
Is there an API?
Yes. Request API access in Settings; once it is approved you create keys there. The API buys, reads codes and cancels exactly like the dashboard, with the same prices and refunds.
Every purchase needs an Idempotency-Key header, so a retried request never buys a second number. You can also have codes and deposits pushed to your own server with signed webhooks.
